
Robert Demir, PhD is Senior Associate Professor of Strategic Management at Linköping University, where he conducts research on strategy practices and processes, open innovation, digital transformation, business model innovation, and organizational change. His work examines how innovation emerges and is managed in both private and public organizations, using qualitative and survey-based methods to explore complex strategic phenomena.
Dr. Demir has held research and academic positions at Stockholm Business School, Lancaster University Management School, House of Innovation at the Stockholm School of Economics, and the Ratio Institute. In addition to his academic work, he serves as Director of IMIT (Institute for Management of Innovation and Technology), contributing to research, events, and programs that bridge academic insight and industry practice.
