Magnus Lundbäck

Magnus Lundbäck, PhD, is Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Getinge, a global medical technology company operating in highly regulated, innovation-intensive environments. He holds a PhD in Technology Management and Economics and has extensive experience in organizational development, leadership, and workforce transformation, with a strong focus on R&D, engineering, and technology-driven organizations. Magnus is a former Chairman of the Board of IMIT (Institute for Management of Innovation and Technology) and brings a rare combination of academic depth and executive practice.
