Hands-on, with no theoretical fluff: practitioners from leading pharma and medtech companies tell you the challenge they faced, the choices they made and the learnings they got from it.
Join research, data and innovation leaders in life science who want to be prepared for what comes next and make the right decisions. Whether you work in clinical trials, real-world data, discovery or preclinical research, you take home examples your team can use.

Day one gives you real cases. Day two gives you the tool.
Day one: 20-minute talks by practitioners from leading pharma and medtech companies. Every talk follows one arc: Challenge. Choices. Consequences. Real problems, real decisions, including the mistakes.
The first day ends where industry networking meets art: an exclusive evening at Museum “Hamburger Bahnhof”, included in every ticket.
Day two: an interactive working day where you and your peers turn defined questions from CLAIR 2026 into a framework for the industry. You go home with concrete ideas from day one, a tool for your team and, if you like, your name on it as co-author.
More speakers will follow soon. The call for speakers is open until 1 February 2027.
The CLAIR Steering Committee brings together a distinctive combination of senior R&D leadership, academic excellence, and cross-industry experience to guide the strategic direction and intellectual integrity of the conference.
The CLAIR Scientific & Program Committee safeguards the academic quality and conceptual coherence of the conference. The committee reviews the programme and the cases presented, and supports the Research Framework Day with scientific guidance, ensuring methodological rigor and continuity with the CLAIR Research Agenda.
Cases and talks from leaders in pharma, healthcare and medtech on what AI changes in research, with interactive sessions throughout the day.
All participants build the CLAIR Research Framework together, starting from the 16 open questions of CLAIR 2026, and leave with it for their teams.

Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart, Berlin
After closing time, Museum “Hamburger Bahnhof” opens for CLAIR guests only. Arrive from 18:00, then enjoy a standing networking dinner at Restaurant Konstantin and explore part of the gallery at your own pace from 18:30, with art historians on hand for questions. All included in your ticket.
CLAIR is built on four pillars. Each one comes with a question you can take back to your own team.
What happens to study design, validation and reproducibility when AI does part of the work?
Who answers when an AI-supported decision turns out wrong? Governance that lets your teams move fast and stay answerable.
How do your teams keep questioning AI output instead of trusting it? The habits and checks that keep human judgement active.
How does AI change the way your R&D organisation is structured, staffed and led, and how do you bring people along?
